Born in June, 1956; Han nationality;
Graduating from the middle school in 1973; living and working in the countryside in Ningxia Autonomous Region and joining in CPC;
1977-1981: studying in the Chinese Department of Peking University and obtaining his B.A.
1981-1990: serving in the Cadre Bureau and Propaganda Bureau of the Propaganda Department of CPC as section chief and member of the sub-committee of CPC in the Department;
1990-now: working in the Chinese Association of Chief Executives of the Ministry of Construction; ever appointed as the executive associate director and associate secretary in general of the Press of Chinese Cities; now the chairman assistant, vice director of the City’s Consultant Committee, associate editor of the magazine “Chinese Chief Executives”in charge of the business operation of the Association, research in the theory of city management, supervision of the Association’s brands.
1996-1998: studying in the Central Europe International Industry & Commerce College , and obtaining his EMBA when graduating.
